Why don't you check out both hotels on the internet. Green Garden is a small family hotel whilst Bali Garden is much larger and has a bigger pool area. Green Garden has another hotel further down the road that has a nice pool area and spa pool which is available to all guests. Complimentary travel between the two is available.
My preference is Green Garden especially when I travel with my mother because if anything should happen the owner Paulas is extremely helpful.
