20 mins for my sister last nite after arrival to exit...nothing to declare.
Takes me about the same depending on length of time waiting on bag.
Weather unpredictable.
Possibly colder/cooler at night & warmish during the day
As you exit customs the free phone to ring the Bel Eyre for pickup is on the wall to the left just near where you exit to get a cab.
