I wouldn't give out that much information, it's not necessary at all. You can book tours, trips etc once you get there for far less than they are advertised for. As for the Kecak Dance we just walked in & saw one up in Ubud no problems. As soon as you arrive at the hotel,pay someone(at reception)or stop on your way to the hotel at one of the many booking places, just ask the taxi driver or your organised transport, to get the tickets for you, one phone call by them will save you a lot of problems later.
