When I worked in Bali and clients wished to pay by credit card. They had to fax us a credit card request form with copies of the credit card. As we couldn't process the payments through the bank without it. If it is a well known tour company I wouldn't worry, otherwise I would suggest you pay by electronic bank transfer.
