Hi Mandy I was asked the same when I booked my accomodation at the Bali Rani in Sept this year, I told them I book travel and accomodation etc. for work all the time and I have never been asked to send through details of credit card before. They ok'd this however be careful, you are probably aware of your security code the 3 digit number is on the back and this is when things can happen. Not saying it will but be careful. Probably do what stormy advised book when you get there. It is not busy at the moment so you will have no problems booking tours.
