We went on a couple of tours. The first one we paid 350,000 and it included some fees & the second tour was 300,000 and we paid the fees. Just depends on where you go and how many people there are, obviously for 300,000 or 350,000 the poor driver and/or guide can't afford to pay entry fees into say the Bali Bird Park or Elephant Park.
