We booked in May for September and were not asked for any details apart from flight numbers and dates. We paid in A$ to Mida on arrival at the hotel. No fuss or hassle. I am surprised that you have been asked for both CC and passport details. I emailed the hotel 3 weeks before arrival and everything had been booked. Give her time to reply to your emails as she is out of the office most of the day meeting and greeting new arrivals.
