I have only been there for Idul Fitri but as most of the Balinese are Hindu it would be business as normal. Even when there are special Balinese ceremonies most places are still operating. Some may close early or have a skeleton staff but otherwise no different. Bali will be quiet during Ramadan as the domestic market do not travel during this time. I have just head from a friend in hospitality who said they will be very quiet. hve a great holiday, Cheers, Stormy
