not sure how much it would cost sorry. But for the measurements why don't you take an old coat that fits well and then you could just leave it there. If this is not possible you will need:- Chest circumference taken 1" below the armpit in a straight line measuring around the fullest part of the chest under armpits keeping the tape high at the back, Chest Width measure across chest at widest point from sleeve seam to sleeve seam, Waist and Hip, Arm/Sleeve length from under the armpit and also from the top of the shoulder to the required length at the wrist making sure the arm is slightly bent to allow for measuring over outside of elbow, Side seam taken from under arm to required length, Back length from just below the nape of neck to required length, Back width across back from shoulder to shoulder and from under the arm to under arm, Shoulder width from neck to top of arm, Width of bicep,
Hope this makes sense? Basically if you lay a jacket down measure wherever it has been sewn. So you don't become confused with the measurements roughly draw a jacket and put the measurements onto the drawing
