it was excellent. a lovely pool, never crowded, except for nyepi night, and just the right temp. for me. i loved it. we stayed in feb/march this year. staff were a bit off, well, some of them. we stayed in a villa. was great. breakfast not buffet but adequate and fairly good. excellent location. they have private villas with own pool which looked excellent. i'd stay again except for staff, esp. desk staff. they were not that friendly. security gave us quite a few probs. with our friends/drivers visiting us. they made it extremely difficult for them which embarrassed us. we had to speak to made, the assist. manager. she's lovely and was very helpful. we were also there for nyepi and that's not something i'd like to repeat. male staff (only some) made advances which were not welcome and made us feel (sister and me) very uncomfortable and a little unsafe. all in all the bad things were few. mostly a very nice hotel. hope this helps. cheers, Y
