On a fairly trivial level I would like to see the processing at Ngurah Rai Airport expediated so that the "face" of Indonesia to international travellers is enhanced. I only say this because I have spent too much time being exasperated by inefficient procedures after a flight. I know that it has improved somewhat but some simple things like extra immigration staff and clearer directions would make a difference to the initial impressions that people get, especially first-time travellers.
