We've taken over steaks,sausages,lamb chops and evrything else that had four legs. We got it vacuum packed and froze it and wrapped it up in toweling? and put inside one of those soft freezer carriers. At customs they will say "How much $" even though you've stated that on your customs declaration. Just tell them a low $ value. we have never had any meat confiscated.
