Can't help with many of those but Tiara is very good and has all supermarket things often in larger packs - grosir means wholesale. Most of the villas, hotels etc buy there or at Hardy's grosir which is on the road into Denpasar from Tabanan direction just past the Ubung bus station on the left side - can't remember street name. For smaller amounts the Tiara general supermarket is very good and has good bookshop, adult and children's clothing etc,etc oover 2 floors and also variety of specialty shops. Not far from Matahari and not touristy at all. Nearby lots of florist shops worth a walk past to see variety of tropical flowers and arrangements at fraction of Oz price.
