We had booked a Beach Wing room with 2 specifications - ground floor and king bed. Got the ground floor (room 117) but 2 single beds, oldish bathroom with shower over bath. We were moved to room 133 which was 50% bigger, beautiful new bathroom and king bed. I would definitely try for either 133 or 134. With regard to the pool chairs, we got wise after a week. Paid the pool guy to put out books for us - if you cannot beat them, join them. I know 2 wrongs don't make a right, but we felt good!
