funny people use bottled water to brush teeth... I've lived here 17 years and have never used bottled water to clean my teeth...and i've never had any problems...
Ice in 99% of the places should be fine to put in drinks..... however if you eat from a cart on the side of the road.. they never (rarely) wash their dishes in "clean" boiled water.... its usually from the nearest tap, river or even drain....
