- about 3 dozen of the most wonderfull, hand made, all different pillow cases that will certainly wind up at the Singaraja orphanage on our next trip.
Made by Marj Wills and her friends at the Rosetta Village in Victor Harbor here in South Oz after her daughter and Forumite Robyn alerted them to the needs of the Bali Kidz.
We had some great ones for our last trip, with iron-on transfers, bows, braid and lace but these really take the prize and the workwomanship according to Herself-Who-Knows-These-Things, puts them at the top of the class.
BUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM !!
There are over 70 kids at the Singers orphanage and another 25 at the sanctuary for disabled and disadvantaged kids in Gianyar and 30+ pillowcases is just not eneough to go around.
So we need some more by the end of the year if possible.
Can you help?
Every single one will be appreciated, not only by ourselves but by an orphaned child in Bali who will have their own pillowcase for the very first time.
