mainly complained that when they went to check in they had to walk through the restaurant, they didn't like to swim in the pool because everyone at the restaurant would watch them swim and for that same reason they didn't feel comfortable laying around in the sun. They said that the breakfast was terrible. They had arranged for a tailor to come to the hotel for fitting but because the hotel is very open to the road the tailor wasn't stopped by the reception and they walk straight up to their room and knocked on the door. They said that there was very limited parking at the hotel and parking is not allowed on Jl. Kartika Plaza so it was hard for drivers to pick up and drop off especially when they had shopping or luggage. These were their main complaints. I guess I got a little p***ed off at them as we had only just paid for the hotel and my response was that nearly all hotels have a restaurant near the pool and rooms facing over the pool and at any one time in a larger hotel there would probably be twice the amount of people looking at them compared to what there would be at the GG. I said that nobody was forcing them to eat at the same place as they were staying and considering how cheap and how many restaurants there are in this are it wouldn't have killed them to eat elsewhere - besides breadfast wasn't even included in their package. If they didn't want the tailor to come straight to their room then why give out the room number - they could have told him to ask for them at reception. What is the difference between walking through a busy lobby of a large hotel or a restaurant of a small hotel? If they were ready on time then the driver wouldn't have to wait around or try and park on JL Kartika Plaza. My husband said that I was a little rude and I guess I was. I had never met these people before and after my little outburst I hope I don't again. Then I was a bit worried that I was defending a hotel that I knew nothing about. Oh well.

I am glad that you all love it and I am alot more at ease with our choice - thank you
