We left around 4.30 from Legian and got to Uluwatu in plenty of time to buy our entrance tickets, 50,000rp each, and sit front row. I believe the Kecak is on every night of the week at sunset, weather permitting. I suppose the show started about 6pm, maybe a little later, around sunset.
The show took about an hour then we drove back to GWK and had dinner at deMiMidi. There were quite a few diners there too.We sat in the same area that you, Di and I sat last March.
Darwin or Broome sounds nice, or why not visit our 'country cousins' over west? I look forward to heading west one day soon(ish).
