First of all read the contract, make sure both you and and employer agree with it. Do you have to pay them back for the KITAS if you leave the company early (the going price is 200 US per month its valid for one year) which in the end will work out to be about 13 - 15 million (including agent fee's)
Or if you only stay a certain amount of time, do you only have to pay back a certain percentage.. say after 6 months.. you only pay back half of the price etc..
Make sure it at least has a decent MEDICAL INSURANCE... what will they pay for if you get sick.. ?? Do they pay for evacuation back to Aussie or Singapore if your in a serious condition?
Do you get a paid ticket back to Aussie at the end of your contract? Do they give you any money for excess baggage..??
Are you getting paid in US dollars or Rupiah??? The going rate for teaching english (as an example) with experience per month is about 10 - 15million.. or if your lucky enough to be at an international school it will be US DOLLARS.. and medical, housing, and other things included.
Will they sponsor your husband/wife as well and provide them with a KITAS .. ???
