at the bottom of Monkey Forest Road where it curves around toward the main entrance to the forest. The restaurant we were in was attached to the Camplung Sari Hotel I think. The shopkeepers even had a drink machine out front that was covered in cardboard and all chained up in preparation for the onslaught!
