Ketuts husband, sews the sarong up the centre, and leaves a split along the bottom/up the front seam, rounded up the front. The area around the boobies area, not quite sewn up to the top, to allow you to tie it and there is elastic around the top at the back. You climb into your sarong and if you have a sarong clip, the ties stay done up at the front.
