An Aussie guy called Michael Goff (based in Perth) is managing a villa development past Jimbaran Bay heading towards Ulu Watu - fairly remote. I thought I had his business card but I can't seem to find it. I think 2 bedroom villas cost about A$150K. Perhaps someone else can fill in the gaps.
