Prices of wood have gone up quite a bit.
And becuase of the petrol rise in prise,
so has everything else.
It still amazes me how foreigners come over,
expecting to get a lot for nothing.
Most Balinese homes,
have very few electrical sockets, use indoor electrical cables outdoor,have little pressure of water, light the whole room with 1 light buld, etc.etc.
If you are looking for a certain level of comfort,
the cost per sq. m is about 3,500,000 - 6,500,000
including fixtures, electrical, the whole 9 yards.
It all depends on the comforts that you are looking for...
and security too! i.e. electrical cables
