Really did my research before attempting anything in bali checked around with internet, friends living in bali, checked archives etc. didnt go into this blindly as far as blackouts with tooth whitening, an yeh it could happen if no back up generator, but you really are under no risk here because its mostly manually done if the lazer stops then you would simply rinse your mouth and start over when power resumes. The only drawback would be removing that damn clamp in your mouth that holds your head still in the dark(mmmm!!).The office I had my teeth done was very very professional, spotlessly clean exceptional hygene was adhered to and I couldnt see any complications that could arise from power blackouts!!!Plastic surgery that may be another matter!!!!!!But anyone with any intelligence would do research first????
