You do have to pay for your beach lounger of course on top of the Rp400.000 that Ketut charges for a face lift. I actually think it best to go the whole hog and hire a lounger for Ketut as well so that she can sit comfortably for what can be quite a long procedure and thus keep a steady and. In fact an umbrella is also advisable because that sun really burns fresh cuts in an amazingly short time!
A full face lift takes about 3 hours so you do have ample time to get your hair braided and a manicure/pedicure while it is in progress. Try to keep still though for best results.
You need little post op care but should see Ketut's friend Made for a massage every day to keep you relaxed and to stop your face from becoming tight and strained. Wlliam Shatner did NOT follow this advice so be warned.
