is only useful if you have an Australian motorbike licence. If your husband and friend do not have this, then they should arrange for a temporary motorbike licence in Bali when they arrive.
If they do have Aussie motorbike licence, then take this to the local road place in their state (RACV in Vic) and obtain an international licence as advised in other posts. However, for this to be legal, they will need to carry both their Australian licences and the international licence in Bali.
