Unfortunately your holiday has been marred by some rather unpleasant behaviour. I also think though that this happens everywhere - regardless of the hotel.
My pillow at SW was awful and I did go and buy another one. No problem. The brekkie is plain and ordinary but as Tina said so easy to order something else.
FOr me the good far out weigh the bads.
