as my dad & his partner both lost a heap when they booked for 4 weeks over xmas/new year just gone, no refund,no apolgies..what a bugga, they have just booked for penang/phuket....whereas we always fly garuda, so far no probs. for us, but again would also like to know if this is the case i'll let them know......thanks for the info. on this jayz.....max (plus they had to rebook for same trip & pay a SECOND airfare)
