excellent hotel. Its just a bit away from the shops but they do have a shuttle to kuta shops 5 x day or its around $2 in a taxi. breakfast is great. pools huge and serene ocean outlook bit quieter than other hotels. Great staff. Have stayed in deluxe suite and Executive suite think the club is between those - very nice..Easy walk before its dark to beach restaurants bali hai,The pantai, MaJoly, The Santika etc and get a cab back.i normally send a request to have room near reception and the pool by fax/email just before you go.
