Qestion for inmyblood re Dynasty

Hi tried to post this earlier but do not know what happened so here goes again. I emailed summa at Dynasty with email add off their website on the 29th Aug, regarding requesting rooms. As yet i have not yet recieved a reply and was wondering if this was normal? Thanks for your help and time.
