Hi All,

There are only restrictions on hand luggage for flights in/out of UK and in/out/within the US. All other destinations are as per normal. So you can still take make up, drinks. books, IPOD's, etc, etc. All aerosol cans must have secure lids on them to be taken in hand luggage, same with pump sprays. If you don't have a lid they will be confiscated. NO nail scissors, nail files, nail polish, or any other flammable item or item that could be conceived as a weapon may be taken as hand luggage. The above is the general rule of thumb, however some airlines will allow nail polish and the like and will only tell you off once they catch you painting your nails on board! There are grey areas....but as far as the new hand luggage restrictions go, they do not apply to Indonesia as a destination.
Hope I've helped!
