Don't know why you're asking us, Whopper, unless you think that someone may know a miracle practitioner in Bali who can do more for you than your own doctor and/or physiotherapist can.
Maybe you need an operation for the hernia. Is your backache linked to the hernia? Presumably you've already been to a doctor, so you would have at least one professional opinion. Sometimes a natural anti-inflammatory can help with back pain, without the side effects which often come from using drugs.
Something to think about. Travel insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. So if your condition became serious whilst you are in Bali, you could find it a very expensive holiday. Not trying to be depressing, just trying to be realistic.
