Gotta agree with you. Went for a consult and was shocked by his (Ian??)attitude. Really off hand and not at all professional. Have used Miracle in the past, and decided on ARC after a particular forum recommendation.
Things that I am used to in Aus were not observed at all, my appt was cancelled last minute. I decided against anything and would not not recommend from what I saw. Having said that, had no procedures done and it may be a false impression. If Ifronting a cosmetic business I would get my teeth fixed at the least. Hope that doesn't sound horrible but impressions count!!
Be very careful with birthmark removal, you could end up with worse than you started with. Teeth whitening is very successful in Aus, will try and find your post re problems with that.
