Bora Bora has a great location.
They have recently gone through renovations.
Not sure about the rats part...since rats are seen in various areas of Bali, especially if it is near an area with restaurants and food in the garbage.
They do have two other propertys which are,
B-villas which are great and Braban Villas.
They may be a better option and also are conveniently located in Oberoi.
