We have stayed at both hotels. When my husband and I go by ourselves we stay at the Kartika, but when the kids come we always stay at the Dynasty. The Dynasty is real kid friendly, they will always have something to do and will make heaps of friends. Which ever hotel you pick they are both good and both have great breakfasts and swim up pool bars.
