Hammerhead Gym on Jalan Legian - be warned their is no aircon - though my husband went very early in the morning and this didn't bother him.
From memory he paid 250,000RP for 10 days...don't quote me on that but think it was around that price.
There is another one someone mentioned near seaside which sounds good.
Maybe do a search in the archives.
