thanks everyone. It seems to me there are definitely reasonably priced villas - just not necessarily in the heart of Seminyak. I mean the Villa Angkasa is a villa by anyone's definition, even Rangatira's, but it's in Jimbaran and it's $300 pn. I think US$300 pn is a lot of money, actually, but as people have said, it depends what you get for that.
