The cheap ones had almost no filling and were nearly flat, the middle price ones were much like we use at home and the expensive ones were packed quite tight and were almost like cushions rather then pillows. We bought the middle ones and the kids and carers thought they were just great. From memory they were a tad under Rp20,000 each.
