I'm just about to pay Tegal Sari by bank transfer so I will watch the replies to your post with interest. I thought it was the better payment option (despite paying in full for our accommodation 9 months in advance)other than sending all CC details including passport photo copy. However, $40US or $10 I wouldn't be happy paying someones else's bank charges... after all no-one pays mine.
