5 times, the first year we booked a superior family room, found that they were too far away from the pool, so upgraded to a family pool view room for $10US/night (a few years ago). We now book a family pool view room and upgrade to an executive suite (by emailing hotel before we go), have been quoted $40US/night this year, a bit more expensive again, but what the heck!!! If you can get either room type, I'm sure you'll be happy with it. PS we go in November, so is usually pretty quiet.
