Many ATM's in Bali give you the card AFTER the cash comes out.
The money comes out- sometimes the machine asks "do you want another transaction?" This is where the problem lies. People walk out without pressing "no" and there fore the card remains in the machine waiting fort anyone to press yes and take money out.
Not faulty machines just faulty people.
Answer- be carefull. Double check that you have the card AND the money.
