i just copied this from the post further down from other forumite.
We walked in and to stay for 3 nights and a late checkout on the 4th day we got a room for A$238 total which included breakfast. Asked if that was the best price they could do and was told this was already their opening special price. Splitting it between my girlfriend and I was fine, about $120 each.
