Hi there, We have travelled many times with our young ones. Last year we took our 3 yr old and our 5 month old. We found with the heat and humidity that a stroller was a must(The smaller and lighter the better). Even though it is easy enough to carry the little ones in a pouch not only do they get hot but so will the person carring them. We found the best stroller in bali but it was a few years ago now and we didnt see any last year. The one we found the best had light spring suspension on the wheels making it great going over the bumps around the foot paths and also lay's back so bubs can sleep out and about. I have seen simalar one's for sale in Perth if you are over this way but they are hard to find both here and in Bali.

With most airlines they will not include the stroller as part of your allowance. You should also get and extra 10kgs on top of your own for bubs. We have never been charged extra or had the stroller taken into account. I have worked at the airport for many years and for many different airlines and if you should come accross any problems just tell check in that you called the airline and they told you it would not count. (Works everytime, as more often than not the bali checkin staff are probably trying to bump up the excess on you.)

The other thing you may find handy is a water spray bottle with purified or spring water to spray bubs and cool him/her down. We usually brought a Evian mist spray (Sort of like a compressed deodorant can type thing obviously not with deodorant it is filled with Evian water)from the chemist under matahari as it stayed cool unlike the water spray that can warm up. You can buy them here also but I am un sure how much they are, in Bali they are about $8.

You will have a great time and Im sure so will bubs.......
