I've been researching that myself, Garuda is cheapest out of the majors (Singapore air line is the other one that fly the route), try get onto www.zuji.com it should give you the best deal.
the only problem is that valuair get you into singapore at 11:45 at night. Still haven't work out if that is a good option for us to spend new year eve passing immigration at singapore!!
Alternatively there's adamair, it's a local low cost airline that fly from DPS to SIN via Jakata, http://www.flyadamair.com/ they were pretty full around new year last time i checked.
