What to expect to pay to have

size 11 closed in formal leather shoes made? Where to go and is a picture good enough or should friend take her pair she wants copied?

Also mother is a size 18 in skirts, she wants me to have a few made for her with elastic waist, any idea of what to pay? And should I take the fabric?
