when I saw the championships, I saw them in August. The date changes every year. It is often difficult to find out when events occur in Bali in my experience. Your best chance is to call the number you have, or probably better, talk to the owner of Peanuts as he is from the Jembrana Regency. Be sure to ask about the Championship race (it was called the Govenors Cup Race when I was there). Good Luck.
