I would guess the problem you have experinced may be something to do with your user name being either "Gecko" OR " Gec_ko" Maybe you have registered 2 user names & are getting them mixed up ? That could have been why your user name wasn't recognised.If you continue to have problems I suggest you contact Ken - our FA for assistance.
