Last time I had my daughters hair braided at Centro Shopping Centre located up stairs near the top of the "going down" escalator and it cost 70,000 rupiah which was well worth sitting in the air-conditioning, they done a fantastic job with very small cute braids and my daughter has very long hair, also they dont use rubber bands they use foil with the beads.
