You will not have any issues, I just got back Sat and flew Garuda Bus class. Had 20Kg written down but had clarified with my tavel agent.
I had no problems at all and 30Kg is standard. I've flown 5 times Bus class with garuda, always been well over 20Kg and never a problem.
