Phone Cards to ring Aus

Will be in Bali tomorrow - as I have a 3 mobile just found out it will cost $6.45/min on int roaming to ring AUS (txt is cheap though)also cant use Bali Sim Cards in a 3 mobile! Can you buy cheap landline phone cards in Bali to ring Aus?
